Exhume The Coffin

Can we not exhume the coffin? Now as there is to be no civic reception, we really must have the raising the coffin ceremony. There have been doubts about it taking place in Brig due to policing etc.

Sure it may upset Briggers, but is it time to move the ceremony into the city centre where it can be catered for better?

I think it would capture a few headlines if there were thousands of people went to the flag market to see an imaginary coffin being paraded in the streets.

If its good enough for Richard the third why not PNE?

I like the tradition being where it is, but if it can't be policed etc it as to be moved before the tradition is lost for ever.

Plus Rovers can Piss Off back to East Lancs with theirs.
