Defender Bailey Wright is hoping the team can use the disappointing draw with Gillingham on Tuesday as motivation for the final four games of the season.
A last minute equaliser meant North End dropped two points in the race for promotion, but the team remain confident going into Friday's game against Port Vale and hope to put the frustration from the last game into getting a positive result at Vale Park. Speaking to PNE Player ahead of the trip to Port Vale, the Aussie defender said: "We're more frustrated than anyone, I thought we played really well in the first half and had some good chances and second half we came out as a different team. "We know how important these next games are and how important Friday's game is and with the bunch of boys here we know we can pick ourselves up. "We know that if we play like we did in the first half and keep that going then we will get results. We are definitely not going to get too down about it, yes we are frustrated but we get on with it now and move on."
